Meet the Twins Behind TWINS HQ

We're Juliana & Helena, twin sisters, award-winning beauty professionals, educators and the founders of TWINS HQ.

Although we're twins, our journeys into the beauty industry have been very different and we think that's part of what makes TWINS HQ what it is today.

What started as two individual careers has grown into one shared vision: to create a space where clients can receive exceptional treatments, while beauty professionals can access high-quality education, products and the real-world knowledge that comes from years of actually working within the industry.

Today, TWINS HQ brings all of that together under one roof.

Meet Helena

Before entering the beauty industry, Helena spent over 10 years working as a Cost Negotiator 📚👩🏽‍🎓.  After building a successful career in a completely different field, she took the leap into beauty…and hasn't looked back.

Today, Helena is an award-winning brow artist, having won Best Brow Tech of the Year 🚀 and is the lead educator behind all TWINS HQ brow and lash lift training.

She teaches both beginner and advanced students, with a strong focus on not just showing students how to perform a treatment, but helping them genuinely understand what they're doing and why.

Her years of professional experience combined with her knowledge behind the treatment bed have shaped the way she teaches today…practical, thorough and designed to give students the confidence to take what they've learned straight into their own businesses.

Meet Juliana

Juliana specialises in Permanent Makeup and holds a Level 4 qualification in Medical Micropigmentation, with extensive hands-on experience across brows, lip blush and advanced PMU techniques.

Her work has received multiple industry awards, including:

• 🏆 1st Place – HBA SPMU Artist of the Year, Yorkshire & Humberside
• 🏆 1st Place – Male Alopecia Brow Award
• 🥉 3rd Place – HBA SPMU Artist of the Year, UK Regional Awards

Her passion for PMU goes beyond creating beautiful cosmetic results. Her experience in medical micropigmentation and award-winning alopecia work has allowed her to use her skills to help restore confidence for clients experiencing hair loss, while her cosmetic work remains centred around enhancing each client's natural features.

Juliana has spent years refining her techniques through real client experience. That knowledge now forms the foundation of TWINS HQ's PMU, including 1-to-1 in person masterclasses and the MY WAY PMU resources…created to share the practical knowledge, techniques and little details that artists often wish they'd been taught from the very beginning…her WAY! 

Why We Created TWINS HQ

TWINS HQ is ultimately a combination of everything we've learned along the way.

We know what it's like to start from the beginning, build a clientele, make mistakes, invest in training, refine your skills, develop your own style and eventually become the person teaching somebody else.

And that's exactly why we don't believe in gatekeeping knowledge.

There's a huge difference between learning the theory of a treatment and confidently performing it on a real client. Our approach to education is therefore honest, detailed and hands-on, with a huge focus on the things that actually happen once you're behind the treatment bed.

We want our students to leave us feeling confident, supported and equipped with knowledge they can genuinely use….whether they're completely new to the industry or already established and looking to advance their skills.
