2. Products We sell physical lash products (including adhesives and lash supplies) as well as digital products and online courses. Product descriptions are provided in good faith; please read them carefully before purchasing.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping Physical orders are shipped within the UK at a flat Express rate of £3.85. Please refer to our [Shipping Policy] for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging. Digital products and online courses are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for full details.

6. Digital Products & Online Courses Upon purchase of a digital product or online course (including courses delivered via Thinkific), you are granted a non-transferable, personal licence to access the content. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or redistribute any course or digital content.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this store — including text, images, course materials, and branding — is the property of TWINS HQ and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, TWINS HQ shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
